Q: I can’t do this task, it says “Is pre-task done? This is serial task”. Where do I find the pre-task for this task?
A: Pre-task means that you need to have completed the previous tasks in the same series, e.g. finish Menswear 1 – 4 before doing 5 and 6. Tasks are all numbered sequentially in their title, so you can refer to the number to figure out where to find the pre-task.

Q: How do I redeem codes?
A: For detailed instructions refer to the Beginner’s Guide.
*Please note that codes are case sensitive.

Q: Why can’t I enter invitation codes?
A: Invitation codes are case sensitive. Check the codes carefully. Common mistakes are: big i to small L (or vice versa) and 0 (zero) to O (15th letter of the alphabet).

Q: What does “Not Passed 018” means?
A: It means that you haven’t finished task 018. You have to finish up to task 018 before entering someone’s code.

Q: The box to enter the codes isn’t there, where can I enter invitation codes?
A: Only one invitation code can be entered. After you have entered someone’s invitation code the box will disappear. However, you need 4 accounts/people to enter your code to claim all the items and 5 to get the Achievement Award “Best Friends” of 50 gems. For more tips on completing this Achievement, refer to the Beginner’s Guide.

Q: How do I know what’s my rank? Is getting a number better or a % better?
A: The ranking when you get a percentage depends on the amount of players participating in the Stardust Auditions, therefore there is no fixed ranking for a certain percentage. Top 9% and above should see their rank as numbers, whereas any rank thereafter will see their rank as percentages.

Q: How do I get into top 50? How can I get a higher rank?
A: Voting is unfortunately very random and subjective to the players’ tastes, so there’s no surefire way to ensure a high rank all week. However, if you’re just looking to get into the top 50 once at any point each week to clear the achievement to get Dream of Freyja, you can do so by signing up for the Stardust Audition as soon as a new theme is updated.

Q: When does a new Stardust Audition start? How long does it last?
A: The Stardust Audition starts every Friday midnight, GMT+8. It lasts for a week.

Q: I didn’t receive my reward!
 A: Rewards from the Stardust Achievement are credited usually 3-5h after a new week has begun. If you still have not received your reward by then, please contact the Customer Service.

Q: How do I view my Hello Nikki achievements?
A: Tap the ‘New Achievements’ icon above the ‘Momo’s Gift’ icon. For more detailed instructions refer to the Beginner’s Guide.

Q: How do I view my ‘Outfits Achieved’?
A: From the Achievements, on the upper right corner, tap the ‘Outfits Achieved’.

Q: Why is my ‘Outfits Achieved’ still grey? I already bought/crafted the clothes needed.
A: You may have bought or crafted wrong items. You can check the name of the items and where you can get them in the Achievement Suits tab.

Q: What does it mean by “Goal not reached”?
A: This is a recurring bug that happens with some of the Achievement Suits. Players are advised to wait 3 days after encountering this bug, and if the problem still persists, send the customer service a message about your problem.

Q: How can I  purchase gems?
A: To purchase gems, check out the more detailed instructions in the Beginner’s Guide.

Q: How can I purchase using Globe (Philippine mobiles service network company)?
A: It’s advisable to use an Android device when purchasing gems using your Globe account. Just tap the + sign beside the number of gems you already have and it will give you options on how much gems you want to purchase. Fill up the form (Name, Address, Contact Number, Zip Code) to complete the transaction.

Q: Why is my purchase not added to my current gems?
A: Just restart the game. It may take 3 hours – 3 days to validate your purchases.

Q: What is the double refund at first top up and Rose Suit deal?
A: It means that when you purchase gems for the first time, the amount you purchase will be doubled and a free Rose Princess outfit will also be given to you. Any amount of purchase for the first time will give you the free Rose Princess outfit.

Q: I did a first top-up but I didn’t receive my Rose Suit!
A: Please logout, then login again by pressing Start and entering the correct details. Your Rose Princess suit should be credited then. If it is not, please contact the Customer Service. Please note that this method is for BOUND accounts only. If your account is still unbinded, please bind it first.

Q: It’s been days and my purchases are still not added to my account.
A: It is better to contact the Customer Service in this case. Make sure you secure a copy of your receipt when you purchased the gems. This will be asked as a proof of purchase.

Q: If I purchase 2 VIP deals, will I receive 60 gems for 30 days?
A: No, if you purchase 2 VIP deals, you will receive 30 gems for 60 days.

Q: Where can I see the receipt?

Q: What are coins?
A: Coins are one of the two currencies in Hello Nikki and can be used to purchase certain items from the Clothing Shop. It can also be used to draw in Mystery Loft and Dream Loft in the Mystery House. It can also be used to buy gifts from the Grocery.

Q: What are gems?
A: Gems are one of the two currencies in Hello Nikki and can be used to purchase certain items from the Clothing Shop. It can also be used to draw in Fantasy Loft in the Mystery House. It can also be used to buy gifts from the Grocery.

Q: How do I pass a task?
A: You can pass a task by fulfilling the task requirements which are stated when you start a task. The conversation between Nikki and other characters before the start of each task will give you hints on what to wear. Getting grades S, A, B, or C means you have passed the task. Getting grade F means you failed the task and must do it again to continue the journey.

Q: How do I get S for the task?
A: A relatively easy and cheap guides for S-rank walkthrough have been posted in this blog under Walkthrough. Alternatives for each tasks can also be found in the Hello Nikki Official Fans group on Facebook.

Q: I can’t login to the game! My game is not working!
A: Check if there is a maintenance going on in the Hello Nikki – Let’s Beauty Up Facebook page. If there isn’t, try restarting the app or your phone, and ensure that you have a working connection. If it still doesn’t work, contact the Customer Service.

Q: I used Quick Play, how do I bind my account?
A: Tap on the Bind button on the left, and register for an account by entering your details accordingly. In future, you may use this account to log in.

Q: What timezone does Hello Nikki – Let’s Beauty Up! run in?
A: GMT +8.

Q: I only can see 25 Facebook friends playing Hello Nikki in my Get and Give HP part but I have added more than that. Is there a bug?
A: The system really shows 25 friends but if you’ll tap Get and Give, you will receive more than 25 HP.

Q: Where do I find my game ID?
A: You can see your ID by going to your achievements (the gold seal above Momo’s tips). It’s the 5-digit string of numbers under your nickname. It is advisable to take a note of your Nickname and ID in case of account loss.
